I guess the networks that you need to look at is 

Network1 in cyclic interrupt OB30, this network contains the CMD_Handling block for two WP241. 

Network1 in main OB, this network contains the WP241 adressing.

Network14 contains the code to control the WP241 with commands to CMD2. (This is working but not for command 2005, but since it doesn't work with CMD_handling either I think that this network is OK)
