WP321: trying to commission project, but it gives incorrect weight

Hello

I have already commissioned a Silo scale weighing system by WP321. It's working good.

Now I am trying to commission the same system in my other project, but it giving incorrect weight.

I am following the attached manual.

I am using 4 loadcell and 1 siwarex module.

Have any solution?
