WP321 with multiple modules on multiple ET200SP IO rack

For example I have 2 WP321 modules installed on ET200SP IO rack 1 and another 2 on IO rack 2. all hardware config. and READY FOR USE FB321 and it's related program blocks were loaded to cpu1512 without any problem. Also with TP1200 being used in this test. Configuration of WP321 faceplate in TP1200 was followed as per FAQ WP321 Multplex manual. However there was problem on the second WP321 module with HW_ID 259. It was not reflected in the data block of WP321DR[1] . Both WP321[0] and WP321[1] HW_ID show 258. I am not sure if this is the cause of whenever setting changes made on SECOND faceplate on hmi screen, value always written to First faceplate. TIA V15.1 update 5 used. WP321 with firmware V1.4.3 during online monitor with WP321 online diagnostic. Any helps is very much appreciated. Attachment P1.jpg (547 Downloads)

Did you follow the whole instructions of the multiplex manual? Attached you can find the multiplex manual. Please check step by step your TIA Portal project with the multiplex manual. I also set the array index pointer for the second faceplate with value of 1. In fact problems were on both side of plc and HMI. with READY FOR USE multiplex sample. I am not able to to switch to W.S to service mode from HMI button. In PLC FB1 WP321_mul_Call logic, (with index pointer for WP321DR[#index], was separated as per attached snap shot. Then service mode can activated from HMI to plc data block struct WP321DR[0] array. however for second faceplate of weight scale, pushing service button actually activated plc data block struct WP321[0] array area instead of WP321DR[1] array area. Beside information like WP321 module FW version, serial number, LIMIT setting on HMI are reflected with PLC data block struct WP321DR[0] instead of WP321DR[1] for configured second faceplate.
