write from DB15.DBW20 to DB15.DBW22 by increasing offset number

tomodachi Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I want to adapt some network written before in STL to the TIA V11 Network. I used indirect addressing in STL. As I learned that I have to use PEEK and POKE commands to adapt that network. There is a snapshop taken from 1214C CPU was online. My goal is to write from DB15.DBW20 to DB15.DBW22 by increasing offset number. But I couldn't. what may go wrong in these codes ? Thanks in advance. Attachment watchTable.jpg (641 Downloads)

PEEK_INT().. you get the idea. Check the online help (F1) in portal.

(please see the attachement) Try this for testing purposes. Put in the values 15 & 20 rather than the (DINT_VALUE+0). I believe the problem is the peek instruction only returns a byte regardless of the datatype you are coercing the results into. To set a word, I think you need 2 peeks: var_word.b0 := peek(...16#84,..(#i+0),...(#j+1); var_word.b1 := peek(...16#84,..(#i+0),...(#j+0);

It would be nice if you expanded the \|> block in the scl shown in yellow with ???'s to see what the values are. I tried it and it worked for me by forcing the 15 & 20/21.
