Write Tool Radius value through FB3

When I ON the request in FB3, PLC goes to stop mode. I have used FB2 for reading the same Actual tool radius, it is working fine. In NCvar while creating the DB for write, is any changes required in the steps to create it?

SteveA Posts: 297 Rating: (41)	So, like I said, that variable is read-only. You cannot write to it, if you do, you will get the access error fault. You need to write to the tool data variable instead. Any change in value may not be immediately effective. You may need to execute a NEWCONF to activate any changes in tool data.
