Writing a Tag Value through VB

Dear Users,In Wincc RT Professional V11 SP2 , I Have created 2 Internal Tags .I want to write value "4" in Tag 2 when Tag 1's Value is 6 .How can I do that via VB Script?ThanksSSM

I tried using your way , like this:-

Sub VBFunction_1()

If HmiRuntime.SmartTags("Oil Temperature")=34 Then
HmiRuntime.SmartTags("Winding Temperature")=32
End If

End Sub


But can't able to get the result .
My requirement is :-
When Oil Temperature changes to 34 ,
Winding Temperature should automatically change to 32.

try this

End If

End Sub

it can be possible that if the temperature for your condition is not getting full filled as for example it will not get exactly 34 may be greater or less than 34
