Writing parameters to S110 CU305

Hi I am using s7-1214c and S110 CU305 to control a servo motor. I need to change the p2599 in order to set my home position.

I tried using SINA_PARA_S block with telegram 111.

ReadWrite: 1
Parameter: 2599
Index: tried both 1 and 0
valueWrite1: 250 for example
valueWrite2: 252 for example
axisNo: tried both 1 and 0
harwareID: Telegram_11's HW ID that I got from device view. 

But these input gives me outputs

Error: 1
ErrorID:1
ErrorNO: 16#0004

How can I solve this?

this is how everything looks like 

look for the named parameter!

should be in the instance db of the para_s block

The pdf file for the block also says to look that but i opened every collapsible thing in SINA_PARA_S_DB there is nothing called that. Only ErrorNO information is at the output of the block an that is 16#0004

I am using tia v14 and the block's version is 5.0

It does exists in SINA_PARA_DB but I am not using sina_para block. Should I use that instead?

This is also writing p2599 and all other steps to do the adjustment (home coordinate, homing, Ram2Rom) automatically.
