in you situation you must set the IP from the Step7 Simatic Manager.

If all devices connected diretl with Ethernet to the PC:

Uses the manu PLC -> Edit ethernet node, the start search , aelect the device and set the IP you need.

First, The XB008 has nothing to do with your problem.
It is really transparent for what happens here.

Setting an IP address to a Profinet IO device is not that helpful.
Profinet IO works in first place with device names.
The device has a name in your project, and you must assign that offline name to the module using the function PLC==> Edith ethernet node ==> assign name.

See a comparable example here in annex.

You do that for each device.

An be sure that the device names are unique over the complete network.

all devices should be shown and the Switch have nothing to do with that.

where are you connected from the PC?
Have you set the correct network interface for S7ONLINE in the PG/PC Settings?

Be sure that the interface selected as PG/PC is TCP/IP.
Not MPI, or Profibus, etc ...

And of course, you must be connected on the network where the device is connected.

Yes, I m sure. Thanks for help. So when I go to PLC-->ethernet--> Edit ethernet node  and I go to
Browse-->start I should see All device in the network (with and without IP or Device name).

 I'm really well connected and I don't see any device.

Do you have the link LEDs where the devices are connected ON or flashing (showing link and/or activity)?

Just try to connect the device directly to your PC/PG.
This eliminates all sources of possible external problems,
except
- the PC itself (bad installation of Step7?)
    - try Proneta to find out
- the device itself
- the cable used to connect the PC.
