Analog Inputs 4 wire transmitter

I need 5 Analog Inputs 4..20mA (4 wires "C" cofiguration). Should I do anything the unused, but configured input from the last channel? With "D" configuration, there would be resistor needed, in order to keep diagnostics. Thank you a lot Joanna

Online Tech Platinum Member Joined: 3/28/2015 Last visit: 11/7/2024 Posts: 721 Rating: (213)	Hello, 1-In the H.W configuration of Step7,Deactivate the unused group. 2-If one input of the group is not used,you can Deactivate the Group diagnostics for this group or connect a resistor (1.5K to 3K ohm) between the unused input terminals.
