S7300 Module analog input - Setting 4-20mA

Hello, 

   I have a PLC S7-300, CPU 315-2 PN/DP, firmware 3.2 (6ES7 315-2EH14-0AB0) and a module AI 4/AO 2x8BIT ( 6ES7 334-0CE01-0AA0). The sofware is TiaPortal V16 update 6

   I can't find the section to indicate that the analog input will be 4-20mA or 0-20mA. Could you help me? please.

I have experience that some modules doesn't have xfg options but via wiring pin signals is detected what type of input signals are used. In this case is recommended to check your exact type module documentation where all is described for sure.

you need read that documentation, there is all described. There is also clear how that works and what is needed to take to account in case of specific this type of modules - 8bit. There is info as I said, your wiring is that cfg. I expect generally as full 0-20mA range of measurement so your 4-20mA sensor will have 4mA value with some offset. Wire all as is in diagram, connect, run Step7 and set 4mA currecnt on input. Read your VAT for value. You need simply read manual. I understand that is easy ask and omit full of read but I recommend do so to be IN here.
