Header.Class for Disable text rotation and text color

We are actually struggling to get proper header.class for PID symbol Text script.

Our requirement is combination of “nv” with “NOE” and “ek0” with “NOE”.

For combining “nv” with “NOE”  there is no class which serve both purpose. We are looking for Header.class where (“nv”)Text movement / grab is disabled along with color remain default (“NOE”) as in below from Siemens Help
