Please help me to understand what's going on with here and why CPU goes to STOP mode.

I have checked your diagnostic buffer and I have found following observation.

Event ID-87 & 86 shows that problem of loss of redundancy in STATION address -3 (Interface module-2 DP master ID-2 (Means Rack-1 in your distrubuted I/Os).

After that rack failure happened at same station address-3 (Interface module-1 DP master ID-1 (Means Rack-0 in your distributed I/Os).

The problem may be the BUS Module (Back Plane) of both IM (Interface Module) short circuited or faulty also check the Profibus cable, its connector.

Recommended

Replace the Back plane of IM (Interface Module) of Station Address-3.

Then Replace the Profibus cable with connector if BF1 fault indication lamp glows in IM (Interface Module).
