Hello preyas; I know very little about the SPPA-T1000 system, but I am quite confident that you cannot use the TIA Portal with that DCS platform. Please use the following link to see a description of the SPPA-T1000 system, from the webpages of Siemens India: http://www.siemens.co.in/en/about_us/index/our_business_segments/energy/power_generation/instrumentation_and_control/sppa_t1000.htm Use the "more" link at the bottom of the presentation to find contactdetails and an information request form. They would be the best people to ask this from. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier Edit: in this blog from the Middle-East there is a discussionbetween users on the origin of SPPA-T1000 and Sierug-P, comparisions with SPPA-T3000 and PCS 7. http://www.abzardaghigh.com/news/19-control/4195-re-can-siemens-pcs7-be-considered-as-a-true-dcs-(reply-posted-by-harshad).html It still leaves me the imporession that you should contact Siemens India directly for more detailed information.
