Hello everyone, Did anyone use to create templates for Modbus devices in SICAM PAS 7.0? I faced a problem with receiving data from Modbus device (SATEC PM175 energy quality analyzer). The connection with device is established and OK, scanning device's Modbus registers with Modscan32 is OK (see respective picture in attached archive). To import device into SICAM PAS I used the Sample Device template to create my own template for above mentioned device (*.txt file of template is also contained in attached archive). The template import into SICAM PAS was OK (see respective picture in attachment), but running the UI Operation showed that data from device Modbus registers were not read (see respective picture in attached archive). As can be seen from the Value viewer snapshot, time stamps for required data remained unchanged, and signal validity was indicated as NotValid. Activating the General interrogation for device in UI Operation refreshed time stamps for data, and their validity changed from NotValid to Suspect. But data values remained 0 in both cases. As can be seen from Modscan32 snapshot, data values in registers with addresses used in template are not 0. Please can anyone share any information or give a piece of advice concerning what should be done in current situation? Thanks in advance. AttachmentModbus_SICAM_PAS.zip (137 Downloads) |
