Help about TIA 14

Hello plc_lover;

I am afraid that this version of the S7-300 CPUs cannot be programmed with Step 7 v14. Your CPU model was discontinued in 2012, and cannot be connected to TIA Portal v14.

Even this list of available HSPs for TIA Portal (doifferent versions) do not have any filres for S7-300 CPUs.
