hello; I need your help about card MMC 6ES7953-8LP31-0AA0, the PLC dosent read it when I put it . I tried format it with soft WinHex but without success thank you ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, please note the informations from following FAQ: "If an MMC of the S7-300 CPUs is used for non-SIMATIC purposes or is formatted in a third-party device, then the internal structure of the MMC is overwritten and cannot be restored. In this case the SIMATIC CPU no longer recognizes/accepts the MMC. It is then no longer possibleto use this MMC in a SIMATIC CPU." Why is the MMC no longer recognized by SIMATIC devices after it has been formatted in a third-party device?

Hello, Forget it! Because when tring to format using third party programs, it defected the MMC. and you have to purshase a new MMC. But tell us also Part no. of CPU. How do you format or reset an MMC (Micro Memory Card) for SIMATIC S7-300 CPUs? |
