OK. So you mean in manual/JOG mode motor is running only in one direction. 

Assuming this true & refer the wiring diagram you attached in earlier post, it needs to be corrected.

Pin 7 i.e. DI 3 is for CWL rotation & pin no 8 i.e. DI 4 is for CCWL rotation.

So please correct the wiring. For more information, please refer attached sheets.

Thank you Picean you have been a big help, in the end the problem was that the configuration of the pulses on the project was A positive dirrection B Negative dirrection and on the v90 it was A pulses B dirrection.
