Maybe other PS problem may destroy CPU too. UPS already installed. These 3 CPU were dead after long supply disconnecting. So UPS was turned off after its discharge ends. Also there is possible to kill CPU with just simply turn off and then on with switch on the front of CPU PS panel. I think only CPU with date before 2010 is affected with this problem. King regards.

As for dead CPU's - PowerPC/MIPS/ARM CPU chips was made exclusively for Siemens. On that days I have not information, how to get spare pcb's. But nowadays you can google chinese sites for buying spare pcb's and replace them. Example, how to find spare pcb's is lead to this URL. As for alived CPU's - make UPS power supply and pray for it.
