File DL broken (CIP_Service_Tool_Installer (1,1 MB))

On the page CIP Client – exchanging process data with third party control systems - ID: 109782317 - Industry Support Siemens 

the CIP_Service_Tool_Installer (1,1 MB) only goes so far to 1104 kB and then stops.

Tested in both Edge and Chrome

for me it's working. Maybe deleting all cookies will help. Or just try the attached file.

 Attached link doesn't work for me. Th exact the same behavior happens. Might be the corp firewall doing naughty stuff on the download on that specific file.

 I have just tried to download the file in different ways and have been successful. Since you can't even download the attachment from Stefan Arcularius' post, I'm afraid it's up to you.  Can you post a screenshot of the message you receive? 

I think it would be good if we can rule out possible causes for this - Can you try to downloading the file outside your company and report back to me?

 If i remember when i get back to my room ill try to download on that laptop, its running ubuntu and does not have any corporate settings on firewall and stuff like that. I'll get back with info on how it worked for me later today.

The message in Edge i get is just "cannot download file", in chrome or was it firefox, the error was something along "File ended to early" or something. Considering it stops at the exact kB leads me to it to be a corp firewall setting, altho other downloads works.
