FIELD PG M5 doesn't getting on via power button

YESTERDAY AFTER WORK WE SHUTDOWN IT NORMALLY,BUT TODAY I TRY TO SWITCH IT ON, IT DOES NOT GETTING ON VIA POWER BUTTON I TRY TO PUSH A POWER BUTTON- NO REACTION,NOTHING / NO NOISE FROM HD NO LEDS INDICATION , I CAHRGED THE BATTERY ALSO AND INDICATION OF BATTERY AFTER SOME TIME SHOWING GREEN STATUS . What can be a problem? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Some problem with the SIMATIC Field PG M5.

I had a similar case with a PG M6, I disconnected the battery and checked if the PG powered on and it worked. Then I let the PG with the battery disconnect for few hours and after that I reconnect the battery. Everything is still working at this moment. Hope it helps. Br, Cocolino

So as suggested by JBS I think the best way to proceed right now is creating a support request. Best regards, Cocolino
