Reboot problem

Danath Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Hello I have a FieldPGM2 and I have the problem that it just after startup or in starup process it reboots. The same happens when shuting Down then it also reboots after power off. I have reinstalled the OS and changed that the pc will do nothing when I close the lit but still I have this problem even though it was not as frequent as before I installed the OS. Has anyone had the same problem. Best regards,

You can find the patch with related procedure here: https://support.automation.siemens.com/GB/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objID=10805333&subtype=133400 I had also this problem but now it is working fine. Danath Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	I updated the BIOS and now it is not rebooting while I'm working on it so that makes a hole lot of diffirence But I still have the problem that when I shut down it boots up again and some times it happens when I have put in my bag!! so next time I want to use it the batteries are empty and it could couse a heat problem having it running in my bag! But everything I have tried is not working so maybe it is because of hardware failiure. I will have to try to replace the HDD next to see if it willfix the problem. Best regards, Danath
