And one question, maybe I missed somewhere - Why sometimes max. size of attachment file is 500kb and sometimes 4000kb. regards

The problem that I see is that after editing a message isn't marked as new if it is allready read. So maybe information will get lost . Ok, you wrote editing only a few minutes. We have to think about it. About the size of an attachment: Since the last update the size could be defined seperatly for every conference. Default is 500kB. I havn't changed it for every conference till now. Within the Tip it is writen how big the file could be. Best regards CS Moderator

MM1234 Posts: 270 Rating: (53)	Hello everyone, Perhaps it's too late and you already decided not to implement this, anyway, I noticed this and justthoughtto add my two cents, maybe it could be of some help. From what I experienced on few forums I used, editing messages is a nice thing, you can fix the typo you missed or sometimes even thinking after you click the send make you see things in a different light... The way it can work and usualy works is that you can edit the message as long as it has been sent but it hasn't been read. So, simply, once the user receiving the message clicks on it, it tags as sent and you can't any longer edit it, otherwise you can start editing it. Then you just need to check again before saving the editedto the message - if it's still not marked as read, you can save, if it is, you can't and perhaps it can offer you to send the text as a new message.
