So looks like I/O is working , but still get that error and wont go in RUN mode... At this stage, i think we cannot figure out whether the problem is with the CPU or "Rack". I would suggest, if you can organise a proper S5-115U Central Controller rack, you can isolate the problem point. Cheers Navnag
