Having problems getting the 4.7 HSP for TIA V13.

On my "Industry Online Support" page it shows that I am logged in. When I go to download the HSP, it takes me to a page that is in German. It has my contact info and has empty spaces for password and password confirmation. After that I get another screen that asks for username and password but won't go any further.

Is there another level of support I need to have? I have downloaded HSPs before but don't remember having to do this.

the failure is known that there is a redirection to the German side. We working on a solution.
Meanwhile you can change the url by yourself, you only have to replace the language-parameter (for example ....&lang=de&...  ->  ...&lang=en&..., with this you get the English page).

And you do not have permission for export-restricted downloads, you first have to do the registration for this.

This is the URL that I am using to got to the StartDrive HSP 4.7 -

It then takes me to -

https://www.automation.siemens.com/des/DownloadPermissionRequest.aspx

which is in German. I click on "Weiter zur Registrierung and then this site comes up -

https://www.automation.siemens.com/des/DataUser.aspx

The only thing I see that might be the language parameter in the URL is des, and I could not change it to anything meaningful to have english displayed.

This site has all my info except the password filled in. Is this the registration site I need to get to the download? If it is, then it would be helpful to have that displayed along with the info has been sent and  that registration is in progress and will need to wait till it is complete to continue.

I have tested it and see what the problem is.. maybe.

Change the de to en and see if you can continue from there.

in this links there are no language-parameter, but you can add:
...?attachmentID=107657741&lang=en&retURL=https% to the link. (This results https://www.automation.siemens.com/des/CheckDownload.aspx?attachmentID=107657741&lang=en&retURL=https%). Eventually you must change the attachmentID, because I don't know what you want from this site exactly. But this results the same site in English.

 Yes this is the registration, if you fill the first page completely (and mark the last checkbox) and filled all other pages you should receive an Email.
If you not sure that you understand all correctly, try it again in English language.

This was for StartDrive HSP 4.7

Trying to navigate Siemens websites can sometime be rather confusing and lead you off direction. Also have had several bad links which add to the frustration.
