S5 100U TO S7 300

Now, I Purchased the S7 D I/O module and I selected the S7 CPU to be CPU 315 (6ES7 315-1AF03-0AB0), Please I want to know what is the OBs which can put it with OB1 to complete the project and to prevent CPU to change it mode from the RUN mode to the STOP mode during installation. Note that, my project is very simple (consists of 2 DI and 2 DO), no any communication with other rack. Thank you.

Hello zizo soliman, I can not understand what you want to do , whether it is a small project you can put everything in OB1 , or your CPU go to STOP mode? Watch the diagnostic buffer of your CPU .

Please inform me Thanks

Please inform me Thanks Hello, You can only use the OB1 as long as you do not make mistakes such as programming, then you can call the OB121, be careful to use this organization blocks because if you have a problem your CPU does not change to STOP "remains in RUN" can cause problems !!!! You can use OB100 which is the organization block initialization if you have such reset or set of flags before the start of OB1. Read the first chapter below that are all the organization blocks, be careful that in your CPU 315-1AF03 will not have all these OBs. Reference Manual for S7-300/400 System and Standard Functions Wrote: Which OBs Are Available? Not all CPUs can process all of the OBs available in STEP 7. Refer to Operations lists /72/ and /102/ to determine which OBs are included with your CPU. For sure you have maximum 2048 bit of Merker From MB0 to MB255 (From M0.0 to M255.7)

I can not find this lists and I can not understand your words (For sure you have maximum 2048 bit of Merker From MB0 to MB255 (From M0.0 to M255.7)) Please describe in more details Thanks Hello, Connect your CPU to PC then go to the hardware configuration and then click once on your CPU then press Ctrl + D and then in the "user data" (sorry but I'm not in the office and I do not remember this "user data" if it is written so), but you appear OBs, number of merker, counters, timers etc.available for your CPU. In this CPU you have a maximum 2047 merker (if you will use in your program) do not exceed this number M255.7, M256.0 is not allowed the CPU will go into STOP mode and SF ledlit.
