Field-PG M2 screen Red tint/text

I am having an issue with both of my Field -pg M2.

When i put the pc on, the screen has gone red, wherever the black is it is now red.

I connected an external monitor and the picture is good on the external monitor, it is however keep going blurry then clear then blurry and so on.

Can you help me with the reason for the screen going red on the laptop screen and then aslo why my external monitor is going blurry.

It seems that graphic processor has an issue.
