Hi Tom, That doesn't look too good. I would like to suggest a few things in order to solve this problem: 1. Run the Setup of your Step 7 software once more and reinstall Step 7. Maybe this will help fix the Error. 2. You could also try to install Hotfix 3: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/17545812 3. Maybe there's a registry problem. You could try to fix it with Reg Cleaner or some other Registry cleaning software. Please be careful though, sometimes this software can lead to other problems. I've experienced this myself once. Please make a decent back-up beforehand. 4. did this problem occur from the very start? In that case a faulty Step 7 installation might be the cause. 4a. In that case completely deinstall Step 7 and reinstall it from the CD. 5. are you using multiple boot? I hope these hints may be helpful. |
