Starter V5.1 install errors

Sorry i don't checked if the file was present becase i have uninstalled the program.

I attached the new one, for this installation. This time i see the same error for "starter V5.1.1.2" installation, and the final errors during the configuration files, but i havent error during the configuration of simatic ET200pro.

But the program still not work, and closing with "the application has encountered a problem and needs to close" when i open it (double click on desktop icon).

If can be helpful, the folder "ssp_simotion_int_v4.4" is created in the last part of installation, like last but three part.

SOLVED!!

I think the problem was the old installation of starter, v4.3 and v4.5. I had uninstalled them but ramaining some old files stored in PC folders.

So i had uninstalled Starter and other parts of the program, like Microsoft office acces database engine, Microsoft visual C++ redistributable 2008, Simatic Step7 v5.6 +HF1 OEM2. Reboot

Clean registry key and Windows temp folder with a program like CCleaner, and deleted some folder of the program, that still remaning on the pc after the uninstall process: \\program data\Siemens\automation\ simatic oam, step7, sws, trace engine. And also here \\program (x86)\Siemens\ step7. and rebooted again.

Now, with Windows UAC disabled, antivirus disabled, sreen saver disabled and step 7 microwin allready uninstalled; I launch setup.exe again, and this time Starter installed correctly
