Battery for M2,M3,M4

What's the problem :I can not ordering from Siemenc new battery for Field PG M2,3 and M4.

They wrote me: new battery for M5 only.

Somebody  faced this problem.And where I must buy a new?

So,if I insert battery for M5 to M3 for exapmple,It will work?

 eh never tried, I have FIELD PG M2,M3 and M5 now check my PG M3 at home and tomorrow morning I will check M5 at office and then I will report to you

You must first run a BIOS update on your Field PG before you can use the M5 battery pack in the Field PG M3 or M4. The M5 battery pack will be recognized, but not charged without a BIOS update.

M3 and M4 can use the m5 battery pack, for m2 i think is not possible.

the battery of the Field PG M2 is completely different to M5. The M2 has a SP202A battery and the M5

has SP305 also the form is different. The Field PG M has the same battery of the Field PG M2 (SP202A). For the Field PG M3 and M5 follow the instruction of Christoph post.
