I ordered the PG M6 promotion but I am not sure which libraries will be included 

SIMATIC S7 F System Lib, V1.3  ===> is this library included ?

there is no Order number for Only the library.

this library is part of SIMATF Distributed Safety Package or SIMATIC F-System Package.

An none of this Packages can be use with the installed SW of the PG M6 Promotion.

The Promotion includes the TIA Portal V15.1 and not Step7 V5.x which is need for the both Packages with the library.

read again the description!
Only the Licence are combo licence, not the SW!

You can download the TRIAL Versions of the classic SW prodducts and install it on the M6 side-by-side with TIA and use this combo licence.
