Some problem with the SIMATIC Field PG M5

Hello everybody,

Recently we acquired a SIMATIC Field PG M5 in the company I'm working for.

If I'm opening this topic today is just because I met some problems by installing or using some programm and I would like to understand why things are going wrong and if it's possible to resolve them.

The three major problems that occured :

- the installation of Office 365 is impossible ( error code 30029-1011 (0) ) even if I follow the differents advices of Microsoft

- i couldn't install a SensoPart software (by contacting the support they told me the problem could come from the PG's OS)

- when I want to print a plan with DraftSight the software stop working

Does someone had problems like this with his PG ? What could I do to solve my problems ? Reinstalling Windows ?

please execute the Command winver and mak a screen to show which Win10 you use exactly.

I understand your desire to want other software, but you must also understand that one of the biggest reasons to acquire a Field PG is to have only the Siemens programming software installed in a compatible Windows environment without other software so that it does not risk creating problems with e.g. Step 7.
