Cannot install driver

Hello,

I'm using M5 field PG which has a TUSB3410 port in windows 7 ultimate. I contact support and received the driver from them. Even I follow the procedure, which they give, but still I can't install.

I don't know why, but for sure is another problem, protection or maybe I make a mistake during installation.

Any help would be welcome.

Hello Tulltorja,

have you received the driver on CD/disk or by a server?

In this case copy the file on your hard disk first and start the installation program (exe file) from the hard disk again.
