Field-PG hard drive missing os

I am having an issue with my Simatic field-pg.

6ES7710-3BA13-4FB2.

when i boot it says missing operating system.

also i wanted to take out the hard drive, does anyone know ehre the hard drive is located.

In the newer field-pg there is a cover plate at the back but on the field-pg there is not.

please can you provide the exact model of the PG or a picture of it?
The MLFB you provide is not found.

It seems that you have an older Field-PG without "M".

Then you have to open the PG completely to reach the HD.
(a lot of screws at the back side and at the bottom)

Field-PG-M with SATA HD has a "door" at the bottom, 2 screws near the handel.

yes i have the filed-pg without the m.

When i try re-install or repair, it cannot find my hard drive,

which is strange as i have never opened the laptop

I will be try look at BIOS, if disk is recognized there, maybe some settings are changed.
