Late, I sent an "1" (forcing) to the output value of a F_CH_DO and I expected the output in the Output Module, but, the module did not work, we checked with a voltmeter, and the module indicated nothing; it was like was no logical output, or the logical output was "0" (zero) The problem occurs durinig a couple of hours and we did not receive answer from the module (I tried to force the output many times without result), and the plant was shutted down (under the specified conditions). After the shutdown, we unplugged the power supply cables of the output module (and plugged them again) and we restart all the system (this is a Burner Management System, with a CPU417 FH) and the output module worked very well; I tested forncing the value from 0 to 1 to 0. As you can see in the diagnostic buffers (attached) and print screens, there is a problem in the input address 600, which is an output module. I have no register in the diagnostic buffer of the fault (apparently, at least I cannot see it) Could you help me?? What was the problem?? I can see in the diagnostic buffer of the output module (see printscreen) an error in the CRC. AttachmentDiagnosis.zip (374 Downloads) |
