you do not describe precisely, but I assume you have this CPU:

 CPU 315-2 DP        6ES7315-2AH14-0AB0

As you can see in Manual CPU 31xC and CPU 31x: Technical specifications this CPU has 2 interfaces.  Interface X1 is MPI only (no DP master or DP slave functionality) and interface X2 is either DP master or DP slave.

To do a HW-configuration like you want you would need a different CPU:

CPU 315T-2 DP      6ES7 315-6TH13-0AB0

There is only one character more(T) in name, but as you can see in manual CPU 31xT: Technical data there are also 2 interfaces, but with different functionality. Interface X1 can be either MPI, DP master or DP slave - and interface  X3 is DP master only.

So with the CPU 315T-2 DP you can do the HW configuration you want, but not with  CPU 315-2 DP.

Attention:
The interface X3 on the T-PLC is used for the Technology Part of the PLC and can not easy accessed from the PLC part (program).

I think is better to extend the 315-2 DP with a DP Communication Processor to get a second PROFIBUS Mastersystem.
