"If Power and Electronic earthing to panel is not proper."

Because it is  very bealiveble reason for our situation.

Please refer attached technical data sheet for panel may be this will help you.

The dark black spot will also increase day by day and need to replace it by other one when lock down is over. 

My suggestion is that use small panel with HMI (proper cooling and Earthing,UPS) at different location.
