The alarm :300608- XTD1 drive 7speed controller at limit. It is saying the XTD1 servo motor/drive is trying to move but cannot. Probably the drive cannot physically move the distance required to align the two gantry axes. It is putting a lot of/too much skew into the gantry so the drive errors. This is probably due to the huge differences in the scale readings. Write down in a notebook the existing values in MD34080 and MD 34090 for all axes. This is incase it all goes wrong and you have to start all over again. First you will have to have the reference positions and readings for both axes on the gantry approx equal. Adjust the following Axis MD to achieve this. MD34080 $MA_REFP_MOVE_DIST (reference point distance) MD34090 $MA_REFP_MOVE_DIST_CORR (reference point offset/absolute offset) Then when they are approx equal adjust one slightly to align the gantry axes at a right angle to the Y axis. You also need to read the attachment to understand how gantry axes work on 840D before doing anything. all the best Mr_Al AttachmentGantry.pdf (221 Downloads) |
