Spindel Drive Alarms

Hi to all,

We have equipped with 840D controller with 611D system on machine. Nowadays face alarms at least 2 times in a day. I have checked for any loose connections on E/R module, spindel module, spindel motor, contactor circuit which found OK. After resetting those problems cleared and machine works.Anybody can help about the problem.

25201 is for contor monitoring alarm.
300607 Current controller at end stop Reset key Cyclically after the control is switched on_ Pulse reset, motor coasts down_ SIMODRIVE READY and DRIVE_READY are reset._ Reset error The specified current setpoint cannot be injected in the motor although the maximum voltage is defined.Possible causes:_ Motor either not connected or phase missing Check motor – converter connecting cable.Alarm in SW 5 and higher (611–D: SW 3.1 and higher)

First of all apologize for delay.

Problem is "poor contact" between "SP1 modül" and "servo enable relay"..

Rewired operation and machine works properly...
