mijanmijan Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have downloaded SINAMICS MICROMASTER STARTER V4.3 SP3 zip file but if I try to unzip the file, than the Error message shows that file is damaged. The installation reports data1.cab is corrupted (see attached). I have tried to identify which Data1.cab, there are many in the directory. I have obeyed the download and directory structure advised in the download.Sometimes the installation fails on 'Minimum step7 v5.3 or greater required' ' Step7 v5.5 is on this machine, installation cannot continue'!!!!! This S7v5.5 appears to be left over from previous failed installation attempts,Iuninstall it and then get back to the Data1.cab error. I have the drives in front of me but CD delivery here is 7 weeks! Hence my desperation to get the download working. Tried on Win XP Pro and Windows7 Pro, no luck Two and a half days wasted already, any ideas very welcome. Attachment Starter Error.jpg (476 Downloads)

Does it match the Size on the Download Page ? If the Size is smaller then first you should try the download from another PC / another Browser ( Chrome , Frefox etc ). If still this does not work, please take help from Siemens Support. There could be some problem of Casheing of the files. I had the same problem with another download WinCC Prof V11 SP2 Download Problem This was solved with help and support from C S Moderator. Hope this helps Cheers Navnag

mijanmijan Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have solved the problem with Starter ZIP download after 10th download. It seems that it was problem of the internet connection. The size of ZIP file was everytime different. [schnippschnapp]
