When Logo turn off for a long time

JLDE Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hi, Customer have a problem they bought a Logo one year ago and now the program inside the logo has dissapeared. Ithinkthat Logo memory needenergy to keep the information, butI would likeknow how time exactly Logocan turn off withoutthe informationin the Logo memory dissapeared. Other question, whenlogo work with the program module card, you not use the Logo memory, only need the module card to run the program, in this case how timethe module card (or Logo if the module card is inside it) can turn off without the information in the memory of module card dissapeared. It will keep the programm, in ideal situation When you use Logo memory card, you can put programm on memory card and it will stay there. When power returns and there is no programm in Logo it will be copied from memory card. If your programm have no clock, you can store the programmed LOGO! for years in stock. If you used the clock, you have to set the clock at the correct time. But the program wil never deleted. Toet

I´m back... we have had that problem 2 times .. we solved it opening the LOGO! and Blocking the ESC button with a piece of paper... the problem was that "smart guys" started pressing the buttonsand errased the program... you can also try to put a password to the program. hope this helps!
