spindle motor drift

ŠΜS Silver Member Joined: 6/7/2010 Last visit: 7/9/2024 Posts: 571 Rating: (37)	Hello I am using 1PH7224-2NF00-0EA0 Spindle motor & its controller card is 6SN1121-0BA11-0AA1. Now I am facing two problem’s one in controller card & other in motor. Without giving setpoint to the drive , motor rotates slightly (like drift). Some times F15 alarm is coming in the drive. Could any one suggest how to stop the drift & give the list of total alarm’s description for this controller card.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hi... You can short 56 and 14 and see movement is getting stopped....check the setpoint is voltage is cablepropely ..... You can controll the drift though the parameter P093..... and check? ŠΜS Silver Member Joined: 6/7/2010 Last visit: 7/9/2024 Posts: 571 Rating: (37)	Hi, Drift problem sloved, Now when i give set point 0.15 volt to drive through ANA module ,the motor rotates at very high RPM ( the speed is increasing ).Then i removed the setpoint comming from ANA module.Insted of that i feeded 1.2 volt battery voltage,same problem continued. I have checked the Encoder cable connection. How to find & solve ,where the problem is ?

For your information this motor along with controller card is used in a machine in working condition for last 15 years using 840C system. i dont think there might be any problem in controller card parameter's. NC md setting ok or Not? (NCMD 35000,....) good luck.

Hi, I have already checkedby removing the setpoint & Feeded 1.3 V in 56/14, the motor rotating more than 3500 rpm,speed is not constant, it is increasing, so i cant check the maximum speed which it reach.

P090= 1H P096= 99 P159 =.728 P160= 100.0 P161= 196.5 P162= 370.0 P219= 1.200 P220= 100.0 P221= 192.0 P222= 380.0 P223= 1500 P224= 50.5 P225= 372.0 P226= 79.0 P227= 15 P228= 9 P229= 74 P230= 100 P231= 2630 P232= 2415 P233= 1610 P234= 5000 P235= 116 Could any one suggest why?
