Dear All, We also have this problem with 2 TP1500 comfort panels (6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1, V15.0.0.0) at one of our customers: The Scheduled task functions we initially used were not working properly because the server network drive name was incorrect for the archive function. This resulted in the retry-action every 300 seconds. When we corrected the network drive and downloaded the panels, the archiving script worked properly, and copied the archive to the correct location. The data was afterwards verified to be correct. However, on the Comfort Panels we still got a similar message to the message PCPorv123 had: "My screen keeps displaying: Job ('\Storage Card MCC\Logs\Stacked_Pal_Log0.csv.D_20160109_220101') of function 'ExportLog' failed, retrying to complete job in 300 seconds." Our alarm message refers to the old location we used, and appears more than once every 300 seconds. It appears that multiple old retry-actions still exist in the background, and do not get cleared after a panel restart or WinCC Restart. Is there any way to get rid of these old retry-actions in the WinCC panel? A full download of the panels or a power-down does not solve the problem. We don't know if it is related to the same problem, but we also notice a new message in the Historical Alarm List that appears every time a successful archive is done: "The last known sequence number of the operations is different from the number in the archive. The larger number XXXX is continued." (Translated from the Dutch version of WinCC). Where XXXX is an increased value from the previous archive. This happens with both Alarm Log Backup and Data Log Backup functions we use from the scheduled Tasks in the panels. Once again, the archiving works correctly, but somehow opening the archive again creates a problem somewhere. the archives are created in the Scheduled Tasks with the functions in the following order: -CloseAllLogs, -ArchiveLogFile (Log Type: Alarm Log or Data Log, Log: Alarm_Log or Trendline History, Directory name: \\abcdSever\AuditTrail, Mode: Copy) -OpenAllLogs. The customer is slightly annoyed about the "data pollution" in the archiving, and would like a solution to both problems, but we cannot find a solution in the manuals...
