Install the V17 version of the panel image in your V20 TIA Portal to use with your SIMATIC WinCC Basic panel. On the download page, you will find the HMI PIU (Panel Image Updater), which allows you to select and download images individually. If you have trouble using this tool, follow the offline installation instructions in Section 1.2 instead.

Yes, this is the installer file for the HMI PIU (Panel Image Updater).
