Hi,

The first step I recommend is to delete the previous web configuration.

• Start the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
• Expand your computer on the left, then expand "Sites" and select "WinCC Unified SCADA".
• Press the Delete key and confirm the deletion.

In addition, the following might be worth doing:

• Start the "Security Controller" and click "Repeat Settings." This will apply the necessary security settings to the current user account.
  
• Ensure that the Windows features listed in the FAQ "Required Windows features for WinCC Unified" are still enabled.
  

The last two points were verified during installation. However, perhaps other changes to the system were responsible.
