In case of library, I recommend also check what that STATUS code means, if also ERROR parameter is set to ON, you can tell us where (or attach in ZIP error code description). If you can, attach ZIP file with some screenshots from cfg. Roles of each device is also expected to know. Describe your situation more better that users can have better look what systems you're used.
