Hello!

I'm having trouble logging in with my MTP1200 Unified Comfort HMI. I've set up users in the software & downloaded to the physical HMI & PLC.

When in runtime, I select something i've locked behind security which prompts me to log in. None of my users work, and i get told they're incorrect.

I only need to use local users, they are set up as such in security settings, users and roles; assigned roles; 'HMI Administrator' and 'HMI Operator' ticked.

In the physical HMI config outside of runtime, all the security & user setups are blank and greyed out. 

Is there something i'm missing? i'm new to the way unified works, especially with a comfort HMI, so help would be appreciated!
