Display problem in KTP1200 Basic & KTP 900

When I insert USB Disk in HMI it shows nothing , full white screen only appears.

The USB stick have to be provided with USB version 2.0 or lower. The HMI device image file must be provided with Version V14. Be sure the above are fulfilled. (An USB stick version 3 is not compatible and will not work) It could be you should try more than once, before it will work Best regards, Wizard
