Hotel room Sψenario Welcome

Ι make a circuit for hotel room with a control panel near bed that csutomer can make on/off all lights of room.

My provlem is that i want to make a scenario Welcome that when someone come first time in  this room and stay lets say three day first time he come and open door will open some lights of the room and  led panel writing welcome.If come out and come in again this scenario will not play.

Is only for one time new customer can in the room 

How i will make it ? One thought is with motion detector in the room but i do not know if it works and where to put Second thoughts is count how many lights are open in the room and maybe work ths scenario for 0 lights over one day maybe????

Hi there, one solution that i used for a client is that i installed a hidden magnetic sensor, in my case i used two sensors.

The first sensor was for the cleaning person to activate all lights.

The second was to reset in case the room was empty, ready for new guests.

The cleaning person used a plastic card with a magnet to activate the sensors.
