I sort out the problem that the problem is CP_15_19_22_V2 image file is missing in the folder and we solve the problem.

now the HMI is working fine.

 What TIA version are you using? Do you have Panel images installed on your PC?

I have a similar problem with the TP1200 Comfort.

Tia Portal version is v15.1

The version of the image on the HMI is v15.

The version of the HMI in the TIA portal is v15.1 (already tried to change the version to v15 but without success)

When I try to download the application, the message "Adaptation of target device failed" appears. I already overwrite images in the engineering station with the files from the Siemens website, but it didn't help.

What can be the solution?

When you want to update image file manually, you first must download image file from here, and you mast copy-paste download file (firs adaptation file) to this path

C:/Program Files/SEMENS/AUTOMATION/Portal V.../Data/Hmi/Transfer/V.../   

and image file  to this path 

C:/Program Files/SEMENS/AUTOMATION/Portal V.../Data/Hmi/Transfer/V.../Images/ .

And that should solve the problem. Version of image file you choose according to the versions you want to upgrade, that is, you choose according to the project in WinCC.

Go to the download page for the version of TIA you are using and download the third or fourth CD (for example: SIMATIC_WinCC_Panel_Images_V16.001) and install the entire package for your version.

Hi, better you just downgrade your device from prosave, use this artikel number 109825750

to dowload image version you want to change. downgrade version lower from your sofware version.

sure, I,m just do it. and fixed.

that problem come from your device version more high than your software.
