cant upload program to logo (empty program on logo)

For this LOGO! you at least LSC version V8.1.0 or higher. With LSC version V8.0 you can't set the right version (LOGO!8.FS4). You can upgrade you LSC for free to the current version V8.4.1. You can download the upgrade from here: Firmware update for LOGO! 8.4 basic devices and service pack 1 for LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.4
